WOMEN ARE THE REAL ARCHITECT OF OUR SOCIETY

The Frontline candidate for Anaocha constituency 2 under the umbrella of the People's Democratic Party, *CHIEF AFAM NRI (IKEORA)* has stated that women are the real architect of our society.

He made the remarks during his visit to *Iyom Nri, Neni, Akwaeze and Obeledu* in commemoration of the August meeting.The August meeting have been one of the avenues women in different denominations and society comes together to discuss on issues affecting them and the society at large and profering solutions.

It was a time when select members of the branches abroad travelled home to make decisions with the women in the village on issues concerning the growth of the women’s community.

According to Chief Afam Nri ' When a day is dedicated to a group of people, it means that there is a reason that group needs to be recognised. Modern society has a big role to play in ensuring that every woman has access to quality education, that their fundamental human rights are respected, and in ending all forms of violence against them'.

Women are part of the movers and shakers in our society and such deserves to be celebrated.Many societies tend to ignore the significant role of women in the homes and communities. It is time to recognise how important their role and contributions are.

Regardless of economic status, ethnicity, language, or political stance; a woman is a unifying word that symbolises the mass amount of voices that are fighting for a better society.

The women were therefore encouraged to continue their good work by ensuring that a credible leader like CHIEF AFAM NRI (IKEORA) is voted in to represent the good people of Anaocha constituency 2 at state house of Assembly in the forthcoming election.

The Iyom Nri, Neni, Akwaeze and Obeledu was very happy especially in the area of Skill acquisition Chief Afam Nri unveiled for their benefits and their children respectively.

The circular about the skill acquisitions will be given to the women PGs of different towns.
